# About License Exception

When I create polylines and add them into a PMI node, everything goes well, but after using “SC::Store::Utils::Text::InsertText” to create a text object, exception occured: “Exception: The HOOPS license you provided does not support this version of Visualize HPS.”  
How to fix this, Thanks.

Hello @820110017,

Which version of Communicator are you using? And is the version a full version with a perpetual license or are you using Communicator for evaluation with a temporary license key?

The version is HOOPS\_Communicator\_2022\_SP2\_U1.  
The license is a temporary key for trial

By the way, the reason for using an old version is that the platform toolset version of the project to be embedded is v141

For text objects in Authoring/libsc, Communicator is using Visualize — hence the reference to “Visualize HPS” toolkit. The issue could be the temporary license that you are using. Please see my direct message I sent you about this.
