Visualize has long supported CAE functionality, however, it is mostly focused on FEA workflows rather than modern CFD. Rendering volumes, liquids, and gases have become a critical part of modern CAE. Volume-based solving requires volumetric meshes. Visualize will add support for the most common use cases: structured grid and polyhedral meshes. In addition to providing rendering of these volumes(either as specific volumes, liquids, or gases with the appropriate properties), the animation of these meshes will be supported.
