Plz help me, TS3D team! I am a desperate industrial designer. Once I have saved a 3D file on your IOS app, and now it is the only place that I could find it. Therefore I desperately need to find a way to download it yet there is not such a button for me. Plz plz tell me how to explore it. Heeeeelp! ---

Hello @therealmutiyu Welcome to the forum. Are you talking about the [3D PDF Viewer App?](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.techsoft3d.hps.pdf.reader&hl=en_US&gl=US) It’s no longer on the Apple Store, but you can still download it for Android. ---

Can you be a bit more specific? Do you want to convert the CAD file to a different format and then download it? That is currently not possible with our mobile apps.
