# How to install HOOPS Communicator in Linux?

As shown in the figure above, the Linux version of the installation package cannot be downloaded, and the following exception message is displayed in the Chrome Console after clicking：  
Access to XMLHttpRequest at from origin [https://developer.techsoft3d.com](https://developer.techsoft3d.com) has been blocked by CORS policy: No Access-Control-Allow-Origin header is present on the requested resource. Failed to load resource: net::ERR\_FAILED
