# I forgot the password for my account

If you forgot the password to your account, we can help by sending you a link to reset it.

Visit [Techsoft3D Evaluators' Portal: Forgot Password](https://manage.techsoft3d.com/password/forgot), enter the email address you registered with and click submit.

If the email address you entered is a valid user, you should see a success message.
