Hello,

I am able to load and process CAD files with the HOOPS Exchange C# API, but on a specific Naviswork model the loading process fails. I have pinpointed the issue being in the call to `API.A3DAsmModelFileLoadFromFile`, which returns `A3DStatus.A3D_LOAD_CANNOT_LOAD_MODEL`.

The same issue appears on that same model with the C++ API.

Since it seems a quite generic error message to receive, is there a way I can figure out what’s wrong with either the model or some load parameter that needs to be adjusted?

Thanks

Hello @giulia.picciau,

Indeed, the error message is a bit too general to make a meaningful assessment on the underlying. For such issues, we kindly request that you please create a support ticket in our [Support Portal](https://partner.support.techsoft3d.com/helpcenter/sdk/portal/7). We will also need the NWD file to conduct our investigation.

Thanks,
Tino
