How to use Exporter's WriteSCMaster function to merge multiple SCS files

I control whether the exported file is an SC file or a SCS file by setting the prepare_hattered_part or prepare_hattered_cs_ parts parameter of the Exporter’s WriteSCHatered. When I use the prepare_hattered_cs_ parts parameter, how do I use the Exporter’s WriteSCMaster to merge multiple SCS files into one SCS file? How do I export WriteSCMaster to a SCS file and how do I set the parameters?
