Unable to Receive Verification Link for New Account Signup

Hello,

I am trying to sign up for a new account on the Tech Soft 3D website, but I am not receiving the verification email or link. I have checked my spam and junk folders, and I have retried the registration process several times, but no verification email has arrived.

My colleagues have also tried creating new accounts, and they are experiencing the same issue, none of us are receiving the verification link. This seems to have started happening after the most recent updates.

Could you please look into this? Thank you for all your help!

Just to confirm, are you creating a new account in addition to your existing account? If so, was your “old” account not working?

Hi Tino,

I use the trial version of HOOPS Visualize. As guided by the support team, I deleted my previous account and tried signing up again, but it didn’t work this time. This message is being posted from my second account. We also tried signing up using completely new email addresses, but the verification email still isn’t being sent.
