Users occasionally report a LoadLibrary failure on startup which shows the following dialog;
If you experience this on systems with AMD/ATI cards but not others, the likely cause by a known driver problem.
We recommend the following;
- Uninstall the current AMD/ATI driver
- Reboot the system, and
- Re-install the driver
If the problem persists, use the AMD Cleanup Utility and re-installing driver(s).
AMD recommends trying the regular Windows uninstall process before using the Cleanup Utility.
