How to get the original dimensions of dwg, CATDrawing and other 2D drawings with HOOPS Exchange

I traversed the drawings through HoopsExchange through the
A3DDrawingSheetData,
A3DDrawingSheetFormatData to get the drawing size are 297 * 210, but the original dwg drawing size should be 594 * 420.
