I'm having issues downloading files from my account

If you are encountering problems downloading files from your account, we recommend you try

  • Updating your browser to the latest version
  • Clearing your browser’s cache
  • Attempt the download from an alternate browser, computer or network
  • Temporarily disable any internet security/firewall programs (note: you may need clearance/assistance from your organizations IT department/helpdesk to do this)
  • Disabling any plugins on your browser
  • Check your PC’s default download locations for the file (e.g., Downloads)
