Plz help me, TS3D team! I am a desperate industrial designer. Once I have saved a 3D file on your IOS app, and now it is the only place that I could find it. Therefore I desperately need to find a way to download it yet there is not such a button for me. Plz plz tell me how to explore it. Heeeeelp!

Welcome to the forum. Are you talking about the 3D PDF Viewer App? It’s no longer on the Apple Store, but you can still download it for Android.
Can you be a bit more specific? Do you want to convert the CAD file to a different format and then download it? That is currently not possible with our mobile apps.
