Question: Orientating/rotating a part without the triad/manually is a bit difficult. I know I can set a rotation using:
I’m finding it difficult to compound to different axis rotation for example 45 degrees in the x axis and 45 degrees in the y axis. Is it possible to apply the rotation from the world axis, then sit back on the ground plane, rather than the centre point?
Answer: Try our handles operator. To enable it in our default viewer UI, expand the model tree, right-click on the parent node of the object you want to reposition, and select “show handles.”
