I ran the converter applicaiton to try to converter some files, it worked well but failed when filenames containing chinese characters, reporting ‘ERROR 1: filesystem error: Cannot convert character sequence: Invalid or incomplete multibyte or wide character‘.
I found it always failed on version 2026.1 or 2026.2, but would succeed on older versions like 2024.7. I thought it may be bugs introduced recently.
I tested some other versions and be sure that converter worked correctly on version 2025.7.0 and before.
For an issue such as this, we will very much likely need to get the CAD file in question. To that end, we kindly request that you send us the CAD file either through the Support Portal (if you are current partner) or you can send it to me via direct message (just click my avatar and then click “Message”). If the file is too big for a DM, I can also email you a link to upload the file to our file transfer site.
Thanks,
Tino

Here is a file can reproduce the problem. Thanks for your help!
Thanks for sending the CAD files in question.
I can reproduce the failed conversion on Linux. Looking through existing support tickets, this issue has already been reported. While no timeline for the fix has been established, the issue continues to make its way through the bug-fixing process.
