Your first and second images highlight different nodes, so it is unclear what specific issue you are pointing out.
However, based on my best guess, the 2022 SolidWorks version appears to be correct. It’s possible that some sub-parts (.SLDPRT) were updated while the top assembly (.SLDASM) was not, which could explain the difference. Resaving the file in SolidWorks 2022 may have updated the information correctly. You might want to ask your customer to resave the file using the 2020 SolidWorks version to update the information correctly.
