The newly introduced vanilla AutoCAD 2025 command BCONVERT has been listed as configurable in the MakeWizard set of commands by mistake:
Running the command requires the user to be signed in with your account. Which, as you know, is not a feature in OEM.
You should disable it manually to avoid confusing the end user. In a future SP or release it will be removed.
The ReadMe file is correct as BCONVERT is stated to be vanilla AutoCAD only:
