We were recently trying to ask a customer to reset AutoCAD OEM to defaults as they were experiencing some issues.
Short of asking them to uninstall/reinstall, we realised that, unlike vanilla AutoCAD, the OEM doesn’t seem to have a reset to defaults link from the Windows start menu?
It looks like vanilla AutoCAD (2023 in this case) calls:
“C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2023\AdMigrator.exe” /reset /product ACAD /language “en-US”
but I can’t see AdMigrator anywhere within the OEM files.
Can anyone tell me is there a straightforward way to reset OEM 2024 to its defaults please?
