Cutting panels stop cutting when we select more than 1 cutting panel

Hi, do you have any idea why if I select for example two at the same time they both stop working. However, I noticed that if I select two panels and drag one to its opposite side, then the other one starts working. In the code functions for cutting panels are called addCuttingPlane, clearAllCuttingPlanes, handleCuttingPlaneChange. Thank you!

Hello @dayana,

A single cutting section can have muliple cutting planes. The planes in a section are designed to work together to achieve a cross-section view of the model. So if one plane is otherwise off to the side and not cutting/culling anything, it can look like the other cutting plane is essentially deactivated.

It sounds like what you want is the cutting planes to be independent of each other. To that end, our recommendation is to create multiple cutting sections for EACH plane, for example:

You will also need to adjust accordingly for the new additional plane and referenceGeometry objects. So something like this:
