HOOPS Communicator Licensing Failure

We are aware of a licensing problem affecting HOOPS Communicator 2022 X users (specifically converter and authoring). The license reports as expired. If you are already a partner and have this situation in production, the most expedient temporary solution would be to roll back to a version before HOOPS Communicator 2022.

We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience! We are working on getting this fixed shortly but it will likely require you to download an updated version of the product.

Hi,

if you redownload the latest version of the installer, you should now get a working package. Let us know if this is not the case,
