SVG-export of layouts in a DWG is not working

In our application, we use the SVG export to make print of drawings in scale, and it works for most formats.
It also works for the default 3D layout in DWG:

But in a DWG I can have mulitple layouts, and if I select a layout that is not 3D model, I looks like this:

This seems to be a general issue with the SVG export, and here is a worse example:

As we’re using SVG export to facilitate print to scale (which the viewer does not support, we’re told), a failed SVG export for what in most cases are paper layouts in DWG is a big setback.
Anyone got an idea on how to fix this issue, or is it a bug in Visualize Web?

(I’ve blurred out part of the drawing in my screenshot, so that is not part of the problem)
