Version Compatibility Issue: HC 2025.6.1 Models Not Supported in HC 2025.6.0

We understand that HOOPS Communicator 2025.6.1 is a Windows-only patch and that other platforms should continue using 2025.6.0.

However, 2025.6.0 is no longer available for download on Windows, so Windows users are forced to use 2025.6.1.

We are using the converter components from HOOPS_Communicator_2025.6.1/authoring/converter to generate .scz files. The issue is that .scz files generated with 2025.6.1 cannot be loaded by 2025.6.0, as it reports that a higher version is not supported.

You had also created a support ticket about this issue to which I’ve replied.

But to answer your question, the version of Converter must be <= the version of Server and the Client (Web Viewer). And the Server and Client must be the same version.
