Be curious - Ask lots of questions and try new things. Especially in a growing industry, there’s going to be a lot to learn.

Put in hard work - Technologies are evolving and sometimes things can be buggy. This means you’ll run into new challenges along the way. To be successful, you need to lean into these challenges and overcome them.

Be agile - The field is moving quickly, so you need to be able to move quickly to catch up. A good example of this is Microsoft and Magic Leap. Initially, they were focused on gaming, but found use in manufacturing and were able to pivot quickly. This pivot helped them be successful.

Familiarity with both hardware and software - Unity, Unity3D, and Unreal are great software to learn, in addition to SDKs from Tech Soft 3D. This can be really helpful in order to familiarize yourself with coding and building those applications. It will also help you understand how content is being generated.

Finding an area that you’re interested in! - There are a lot of areas in this industry, so pick one that you’re interested in and get started.
