Hello, does anybody knows how to setup active workspace and Dark/Light Shema at deployment stage? Those values can be changed inside of %%auto.reg file, but if there is some more elegant way, please let me know.

You support the Dark/Light themes by providing resources for both options. The workspace you set up in the CUIx file you provide with your application. It’s fairly straightforward and is described both in the Developer’s manual as the training material on Tech Soft 3D Developer zone: Autodesk AutoCAD OEM - Tech Soft 3D Developer Zone
