I tried the latest version of HOOPS Communicator 2024.2 and still have this problem, only chrome and edge on mac systems have the problem of not rendering!
Older versions of chrome still work fine, but the chrome on the client’s computers are automatically upgraded

It looks like a bug was introduced in Chromium with the release of Canary v124 – specifically affecting Metal Graphics API.
Our recommendation is to try a different graphics backend option. To do that, copy and paste the following in your Chrome browser navigation bar:
chrome://flags/#use-angle
In the drop-down menu, select a different driver other than Metal.
