Is the model file damaged or is there any other possible reason?

It is possible the model file is corrupt which is triggering the error message Unknown opcode. You can try loading the source CAD file in a native viewer to confirm if that is the case.

Also, under what context is the error message being triggered? For example, did you recently upgrade to a newer version of Communicator and just now, you are getting the error message?

I am using an RVT model file, which can be opened in Revit2018, but cannot be opened above Revit2018, possibly due to a damaged model file.
The conditions for triggering the error are currently uncertain and may occur irregularly. I’ll double check.
