Convert catia file error

I am using the Hoops Exchanger demo and hope to convert a CATIA file to a GLB file. However, the result is: sHoopsExchangeLoader.Convert(sImport, sExport) returned error -10007 = A3D_LOAD_CANNOT_LOAD_MODEL

For technical issues such as the one you are experiencing, it would be best for us to have the actual CATIA file to test. In that regard, are you currently a partner with us? If so, we kindly request that you please create a support ticket in the Exchange Support Portal. Also, let us know if you are not a current partner and we can make alternative arrangements to transfer the file in question to us.
