Starter question: How can I convert my 3D models to the ".hwf" or ".scs" format

Hi, everyone
I’m so glad to see you on this forum. I am a developer from China.
In the past days, I was download the HOOPS SDK for some test, but it seems the converter couldn’t convert my own models to “.hwf” or “.scs” format which can showing by the Hoops Web Viewer.
You buddies who can help me ? I’m very thanks of you.

Does the conversion always fails or just with your models? If the latter can you provide us with one of your models?
